We began using USenrol in advance of the 2023-2024 academic year. Once we had gone through the initial setup process and had tailored the system to suit our own school’s specific requirements in terms of entrance criteria etc, it was quite a smooth process. Like with any new system, it does take a little bit of time to learn how to navigate it, but it is definitely worth it in the long run.
The ease of viewing uploaded documentation on screen meant that we didn’t have to print large volumes of paperwork which was an unexpected bonus. The process of converting online Applications to Offers and then to completed online Enrolment forms was very straightforward and as we already use Unique’s School App we were able to interface our incoming First Years with our App in February. This has proved very useful as it enables us to communicate with these parents via App notifications rather than by post or email which is another significant efficiency for us.
Prior to implementation we undertook several online training sessions and during the implementation process we received excellent support via phone and email and all of this contributed to a smooth implementation of the Enrolment platform in Malahide Community School.

We implemented the Unique Schools Enrolment platform for the first time in October 2023 and found it to be an excellent, end-user-friendly solution. The online enrolment system enables parents to upload documentation regarding their children and admin staff are able to view all this online with the option to download it all. The feedback from parents has also been very good as they appreciate the more regular contact and the portal is quite user friendly for parents.
